Virtually tour our partner research sites at a Prime Healthcare hospitals
April 11, 2025

In the summer of 2024, EmVenio launched brick-and-mortar clinical trial research centers on select Prime hospital campuses. Like our mobile community research sites, these locations were strategically chosen using social determinants of health of the surrounding community. The sites reach new patient demographics that are statistically underrepresented in clinical trials, providing patients the opportunity to participate in medical research and more readily available access to innovative, life-saving care. As a result, our trial sponsors can obtain more inclusive results for the studies we conduct.

While we’d love to tour you around one of our research centers and introduce the team in person, we know it’s not always feasible to fly out to your closest location with your busy schedule. Now, you can take a tour of our facility online!

EmVenio currently has four research sites in partnership with Prime:

  • Southern Regional Medical Center – Riverdale, Georgia
  • Dallas Medical Center – Farmers Branch, Texas
  • Providence City Medical Center – Kansas City, Kansas
  • Garden City Hospital – Garden City, Michigan

Each research site has a team of highly qualified researchers, including a dedicated Principal Investigator. It also houses equipment needed to conduct a wide range of trials and gather participants’ data from start to finish.

  • Cold Storage is NSF certified – key and pin lockable to control access
  • -80 freezer has an audit trail
  • Pharmacy, badge access
  • Patient flow
  • Temp monitoring (eControl System)
  • Locked ambient storage
  • 4 exam rooms

The benefits of having these locations in a hospital system are endless. It opens up new care opportunities to patients already receiving treatment at these hospitals. Additionally, it reduces barriers, such as travel, making it easy for trial participants to commute to a hospital for any additional tests – like an MRI or PET scan. Lastly, through analyzing social determinants of health and utilizing community engagement, the EmVenio team recruits and retains a diverse patient pool. The more diverse the trial participants, the more likely treatments are to be effective because they more accurately represent the entire population.

With a 92% patient retention rate, 98.5% of study enrollment targets achieved and 45% of patients self-identifying as a diverse ethnicity in completed studies, our team and trial locations are the perfect option for your next study.
