EmVenio has been an active member in the Society of Clinical Research Sites since our founding in 2022, and many of our team members have been involved in the SCRS community over the course of their careers. We also recently joined SCRS’s Global Impact Partner program, so it’s no surprise that we traveled again to Hollywood, Florida, for the annual Global Site Solutions Summit in late September.

EmVenio team members attended the conference to meet new faces, reconnect with longtime colleagues, and educate Sponsors and CROs about our work. Our group spanned across several EmVenio departments, allowing us to provide booth visitors a well-rounded, cohesive story and knowledge about our capabilities to conduct various research studies and show them our commitment to enhance patient access in communities. Visitors learned about the impact of our mobile research sites and the growing number of research centers we’re bringing to Prime Healthcare campuses across the nation.

Also during the conference, Phillip Stanford, our senior director of application and PMO, participated in a breakout panel discussion about the “Impact of Technology On Trial Efficiency.” He and Rick Greenfield of RealTime eClinical Solutions shared invaluable insight and success stories of tech integration that yielded tangible improvements and discussed strategies to enhance collaboration for better trial performance. With a large team representing EmVenio, we were able to attend a range of insightful sessions that touched on improving inclusive patient recruitment, adapting research sites for future studies and exploring new tech to enhance trial efficiency. We also celebrated our industry colleagues at the Eagle awards ceremony. It was inspiring to learn about those pushing the envelope in clinical research and the sponsors and CROs that are taking a huge effort to support and collaborate with sites to make studies more effective and efficient.

This year’s SCRS summit was definitely one for the books, and our team is excited to implement the wealth of knowledge we gathered from our peers to further drive EmVenio’s mission.
